1. Acceptance of Terms

Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is your responsibility. You must notify bcjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. bcjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, bcjili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during account registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits made through certain methods may be subject to processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers, which will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. However, certain payment methods, particularly bank transfers and over-the-counter payments, may require additional processing time. bcjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Source of Funds

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process and met all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, must use the same method used for your most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

bcjili imposes minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which vary based on your account status, payment method, and transaction history. Standard withdrawal limits may be increased for verified accounts with a positive transaction history. Withdrawal requests exceeding the maximum limit may be processed in multiple installments at bcjili's discretion.

5.3 Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are processed within ten (10) minutes for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. 5.4 Withdrawal Fees

bcjili does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment providers or financial institutions may impose their own fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than three requests within a 24-hour period) may incur administrative fees at bcjili's discretion.

5.5 Withdrawal Cancellation

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a pending period during which it may be cancelled by the User or reversed by bcjili if fraudulent activity or a Terms violation is detected. After the pending period expires, withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled, and the funds will be sent to the designated payment method.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Eligibility

Bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives (collectively referred to as "Promotions") are offered at bcjili's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotions are available only to eligible Users who meet the stated requirements. bcjili reserves the right to exclude any User from participating in Promotions if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are suspected.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). 6.3 Bonus Restrictions

All Users must engage in fair play at all times. The use of bots, automated betting systems, collusion, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. bcjili employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

7.2 Game Integrity

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

Users must report any suspected errors immediately. Continuing to play or exploit a known error is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in disciplinary action.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting bcjili customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and wagering requirements. You remain responsible for any outstanding liabilities or obligations incurred prior to account closure.

11.2 Termination by bcjili

bcjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• Your account remains inactive for an extended period;

In the event of termination for cause, bcjili may confiscate any funds in your account, void all pending wagers, and prohibit you from creating new accounts. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Amendments to Terms

bcjili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
